Application of Regulation (EC) no. 883/2004 and 987/2009 between Switzerland and the EU-States – Update

EU regulations no. 883/2004 and 987/2009 replaced regulations no. 1408/71 and 574/72 in the relations between Switzerland and the EU Member States since 1 April 2012.

Since 1 January 2015 the amending regulations no. 1244/2010, 465/2012 and 1224/2012 also apply in the relations between Switzerland and the EU States.
