Caution against attempted fraud
Fraudulent e-mails and phone calls are currently circulating that purport to be from the FSIO.
Good to know
- The FSIO does not issue any certificates or OASI cards.
- The FSIO does not request money from insured persons.
- The FSIO never asks you to confirm personal data such as your OASI number by e-mail or over the phone.
What to do if you receive such a message
- Do not pay
- Do not disclose any data
- Delete the message
You can report the incident directly to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
