Loss of earnings compensation scheme (EO)

The loss of earnings compensation scheme (EO) partially compensates for the loss of earnings arising from the performance of military, civil protection or civilian service. The EO also partially compensates for the loss of earnings arising from maternity, paternity or adoption leave, as well as parental leave to care for a seriously ill or injured child.
